In this program you will gain the tools necessary to make radical shifts in your body as well as in your life. Increase your energy, improve your health, and bring more deliciousness into all areas of your life.

During this 10-Day Detox & Reset program, you will have an opportunity to craft your own detox to do what works best for your body and your life. I will provide you with a structure, and within that structure, you can choose whether you will play all-out or choose a few key areas of focus.

If the word “detox” invokes images of ravenous hunger as you munch on celery, don’t worry! This isn’t that kind of detox. (Though, if that’s what it will take to jumpstart your healthiest year yet, then by all means go for the celery, and I will support you on your journey.) You know your body and your needs better than anyone else. I will provide you with heaps of delicious, filling, and satisfying recipes. I do not believe in deprivation!

I will guide you through this 10-day Detox & Reset program, but you get to choose the changes you make. Over the years that I’ve worked with one-on-one clients and groups, I’ve found that this is the best way to make real, lasting-change. Everyone is unique, and there isn’t a one-diet-fits-all plan.

The DETOX & RESET is one of the best online programs I have ever participated in. 10 days of focusing on what leads to a joyful best life. I had success with improving what I ate and I found myself being able to find some balance in my life. Who Is Meadow? A year after quitting my teaching job to pursue a career in cooking, I had a medical test that confirmed I had gluten and dairy intolerance. I was completely crushed. How could I live my passion for cooking if I couldn’t eat what I wanted to cook? However, this diagnosis became one of the greatest blessings. I’m healthier, stronger, and I even look better as a result of not only removing gluten and dairy from my diet, but also learning everything I could about health and nutrition along the way. It is my mission to help you find the foods that make you feel the strongest and most vibrant. As a result of my journey through food sensitivities and illness, I’ve gained a unique perspective on what it takes to feel your best. Though, I’ve lost the plot a bit during the pandemic while chasing after my toddlers, so I’m looking forward to a refresher reset in my own life.
