Message from Denise:

As a teenager I had a dramatic near-death experience in which I was transported – in those moments when the doctors thought that I had died – into a radiant, golden realm where I experienced being a part of all things. As I grew up and found refuge in the teachings of my own Cherokee culture and other native cultures around the world, over and over again, I heard those native people say that we are not separate from the world around us.

There is a realm beyond the physical senses. It is a realm of mystery and spirit. Ancient cultures used rites of passage to gain entrance to this spiritual domain and reach self-knowledge. These extraordinary mystical odysseys into nature provided insight, healing, and life direction. They were powerful acts that could change one forever. And, you too can do this!

By tracking the unseen, you will connect in profound ways to the natural and spiritual realms that surround you. I have found that studying native practices and shamanism is a mystic portal to understanding more about ourselves. I look forward to being on this journey with you.

This is a healing journey!

Your life will not be the same, in seemingly miraculous and wondrous ways.

In ancient cultures throughout the world, shamanic journeys were used as doorways to enter spiritual realms. These mystic odysseys could take the form of a retreat into nature, a pilgrimage, or even an extended time in silence. Through the extraordinary meditative inner journeys that you will embark on during these 28 days, sacred visions can reveal personal insights and unveil life purpose and direction.

There is tremendous power in taking time in your life to reach into the deepest recesses of your soul. Understanding yourself more and connecting with Spirit can spark remarkable transformations in many areas of your life.
